Forty plus years of experience as a teacher, principal, superintendent, writer, grant writer, trainer, professor, and Dean inform Dr. Murphy in his role as coach, guide, and agent provocateur in significant education reform and redesign efforts.

Selected as New York State’s second ever Superintendent of the Year and listed as one of North America’s 100 top School Executives, Fran has personally directed three High Schools chosen by News and World Report Magazine as top ten high schools. The New York State department of Education selected two of Fran’s elementary schools as among New York State’s top ten high performing high need elementary schools.
