Hello Ian,
I am on the Catholic Assistant Principal Association committee and we would like to inquire whether you are available to attend and present at our Annual Conference on the 29th and 30th August 2019 in Perth Western Australia. Our members would be very interested in you sharing your thoughts and ideas for preparing our primary school students with the 21st Century skills for the new economy. We would like to schedule you in to present for one day of the conference.
Can you please advise if you are interested in presenting and advise all charges and costs involved to secure your services.
Thank you.
Kindest regards
Nik Hofmeester

Ian you had a quote on Linkedin a few months ago, and it was about explicit teaching and creativity. Something about floors and ceilings, I think.
Can you remember who the author was for that quote?

Hello from Alaska!
I work for the Alaska Department of Education and Early Development as a School Improvement Specialist. One of my current initiatives is increasing diverse stakeholder representation on the school and community leadership team as an integral first-step of the school improvement process. I was given your name as a potential source of information/insight on increasing indigenous population involvement in the local school. Do you have a resource on this topic you could recommend? Thanks, in advance, for your assistance.
Best,
Sue
Hello Ian. I have been trying to track down the originator of the Committed Sardines. Was that you? I have thought of that and talked about that so often in my teaching and now in my sharing when it comes to getting people on board when doing difficult work. I would love to revive it.
